If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or credit within 30 days.
Refunds are issued on a discretionary basis. We look at each refund individually and will do our best to provide a refund when possible.
• Refunds are issued in the form in which payment was made as noted on your receipt.
• The value of the refund will be the price paid on the date of purchase. The value may be adjusted to reflect coupons or special offers received at the time of purchase.
• All refunds and exchanges are subject to the manager’s approval and may be limited at his or her discretion.
For safety reasons, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened or used. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be applied to the original payment method used for purchase. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received, and your refund is being processed. We will give you a refund (less return shipping)
Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements.
• Item must be returned within 30 days in unused, unopened, and brand-new condition
• All original packaging and tags must be included and intact
•Items must be returned in packaging that is appropriate so that it is not damaged in shipment. (Example: seal intact.)
