These mistakes can range from not eating enough fat to eating too much protein. People on the keto diet wonder why they may be gaining weight when they are eating “healthy”. Another misconception is from people saying while you’re on the keto diet you can eat more. Like anything else, the more you eat the more you need to work off those calories, especially if they aren’t the right foods being consumed in your body. 


Something that is also important to note is to make sure that you are constantly drinking water because this will lead to fat burning. The more water you drink, the faster it will circulate through your body, expelling toxins, moving nutrients around and speeding up your metabolism. Please, please, please make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. What’s the point of keeping your body healthy when it’s going 24/7 and not getting enough proper sleep?
